18 years ago Founder and Director Nicolas Lenders had a single-minded vision to bring Skyline Projects to life. Since 2004 Nicolas has been involved in building some of NSW’s most luxurious homes in blue chip locations including Byron Bay, Coopers Shoot, Myocum, Bangalow, Palm Beach, Mosman, Neutral Bay and on Sydney’s Upper North Shore. Throughout his career as a talented carpenter, builder, developer and designer; he delighted in the various facets of a project and perfected his skillset first hand by putting in the long hours on-site.

His work with Sydney and Byron Bay’s most prestigious architects has given him experience in an array of different styles – affirming his love of natural materials in striking and unique structures.
Upon moving the business to Byron Bay, Nic has had the opportunity to collaborate with high profile and celebrity clients on an eclectic array of buildings. From relaxed Coastal bungalows, to Ibiza style holiday retreats; luxury penthouse apartments, to sprawling estates that exude grandeur, Skyline Projects relishes the opportunity to do something different.
